Spinal Decompression Masters Class for Doctors featuring Dr. Eric Kaplin and Dr. Richard Lohr where they discuss why they consider the Accu-SPINA the best table on the market for spinal decompression. Dr. Lohr also has DRX 9000 tables, but in his own words, the Accu-SPINA is THE BEST TABLE on the market. Dr. Kaplan agrees and directly mentions studies that support the results from decompression on the Accu-SPINA. Studies authored by one of the creators of the Accu-SPINA creators, Dr. Norman Shealy. (Note: Despite publications to the contrary, Dr. Shealy has not authored any study involving the DRX 9000.)
Reproduced content from the video. Hi I’m Dr Kaplan here at the master class in Decatur, Illinois and now we’re talking a little bit about decompression. You know there is a difference between traction and decompression and well you know what there’s a lot of studies and there’s a lot of tables. You know one of the things that we do is teach the masters of decompression. Here is Dr Richard Lohr. Why Dr Richard Lohr.? Richard went from one table now he has 12 tables. But he has the best of the best. As you look around, you can see we’re now here by the table, the Accu-SPINA. Why the Accu-SPINA? Because the Accu-SPINA was one of the tables that that Dr Norman Shealy did research on. There’s a Shealy Bergmeyer study, there’s the Shealy Leroy study which shows the power of a fixed tower and how a fixed tower helps you isolate the segment. Why? Because Dr. Dyer and Dr. Shealy and North American Medical spent millions of dollars creating research. Here I am with Richard Lohr. Now, Rich you’re probably one of the most experienced people in the United States of America. You moved into the world of decompression. Tell me about why decompression, results, and why the equipment – because you’ve spent top dollar. There are no traction tables here, that we would say. Yes talk to us about that. (Dr. Lohr speaking) My first choice is the Accu-SPINA and because it’s the best table on the market. I think if you want the best results you’ve got to get the best table. That’s what you’ve (nodding toward Dr Kaplan) already told me.

Are you discouraged with procedures or prescription drugs that have not helped your pain?
Are you wisely trying to avoid the risks of spine surgery?
We’re one of the leading Healthcare Providers offering a wide range of treatments for back pain including IDD Therapy spinal treatment. (continued from video)
Back and neck pain affects nearly everyone at some point in their life. Often back pain can resolve itself or be overcome with conventional Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or other non-invasive approaches. But for some people, back and neck pain can become an annoying companion that disrupts their quality of life. IDD Therapy is the non-surgical spinal decompression treatment of choice for people suffering pain due to herniated disc degenerated disc sciatica or facet syndrome it works by gently drawing apart and mobilizing targeted segments of the spine through the use of carefully controlled Dynamic forces this precisely controlled computer-applied treatment improves mobility in the spinal structure triggering the body’s own healing mechanisms it also relieves pressure on the intervertebral disc spinal nerves and the joints of the vertebrae which can be causing pain IDD Therapy is proven effective in 92 percent of patient study who were already recommended to have surgery every aspect of the treatment is recorded electronically so that progress can be monitored and the treatment plan adjusted as Improvement is achieved a key benefit of IDD Therapy is its patented oscillating logarithm that produces micro vibrations aimed at enhancing natural tissue regeneration and improving nutrient diffusion essential to disk repair from looking at the spine pathology on an MRI scan targeted injured disc benefit from increased disk space improved hydration increased disc height joint lubricant education and improved biomechanical function as with all treatments patient safety is Paramount boasting a 20-year safety record the Accu-SPINA system has many features that provide complete patient Peace of Mind patient Comfort is so great that most people fall asleep and rest during treatment while letting the machine do all the work when an intervertebral disc wall becomes weak or damaged the nucleus May bulge outwards or herniate placing pressure on the spinal nerves and causing pain the reduced space between the Bony vertebrae can also lead to increased pressure on the facet joints which can cause inflammation pain or stiffness IDD Therapy works by gently opening the vertebrae at the treatment site applying targeted decompressive forces during the 25-minute treatment period IDD Therapy works the tight muscles and stiff ligaments surrounding the joint to relieve stiffness and increase Mobility the gentle stretching eases muscle spasms and encourages the biological healing mechanisms of the spine to behave naturally the pressure rate gently fluctuates in a sinusoidal wave pattern like a pumping movement between the vertebrae gently repositioning the dysfunctional spine segment during the height of IDD Therapy treatment a second waveform is introduced called oscillation this unique feature enables patients to adapt to higher pulling forces while remaining completely relaxed during treatment IDD Therapy can also be used as a part of a complete program of care including manual therapy and exercise Rehabilitation to help condition the body patients are also advised on lifestyle changes to help achieve lasting relief the number of treatments required will vary depending on the nature and severity of the condition some patients will experience relief within a few minutes while other patients require a full course of treatment to give their body time to adapt changes heal and strengthen call us now to find out if you’re a good candidate for IDD Therapy treatment on the Accu-SPINA system one of the most studied and effective spinal treatment systems for non-surgical disc pain relief

Dr. Timothy Kremchek, Sports Medicine Specialist. Discusses his personal regret about having spine surgery as a resident. Quote “Anything that you can do non-operatively has got to be your your first choice, second choice, and again multiple choices after that.”

Athletes past and present seek medical attention for back injuries, knee injuries and more. They seek the counsel of Dr Timothy Kremcheck. Regarded as one of the top orthopedic surgeons in sports medicine Dr Kremcheck. is the medical director and chief orthopedic physician for Cincinnati’s professional baseball franchise and works with other sports franchises ranging from minor league baseball to soccer. Dr Kremcheck knows firsthand the risks back surgery presents.
“I’ve had back surgery. I had back surgery when I was a young resident in orthopedic surgery and my back has been a problem ever since. Because of the surgery, it’s something that I wish I could have turned back. I wish I would have had spinal decompression back then. That would have worked. I didn’t and so now I’m paying for it for the rest of my life.
Dr Kremcheck suggests exhausting every alternative possible before opting for back surgery. Back surgery – the risks are enormous. Things that go on and potentially can go wrong with back surgery are enormous – and they’re lifelong. Anything that you can do non-operatively has got to be your your first choice second choice and and again multiple choices after that.
Spinal decompression takes the disc from protruding off the spinal cord and the nerve roots. Therefore it takes a lot the pressure and the spasms off of the musculature in the lower back. It increases the range of motion and decreases the pain; hence increases your function to do whatever you want to do.

Brand new video entitled “Understanding Intervertebral Differential Dynamics Therapy – IDD Therapy®”

Understanding Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) Therapy, surgical intervention for back pain is common. The best medical doctors suggest surgery only after you’ve exhausted all nonsurgical options. Most will recommend exercise based physical therapy first, followed by epidural injections. Often prescription drugs, though dangerous, are also prescribed, but there is another option.
Randomized trials suggest degenerative discs and herniated discs respond to treatments that properly and safely manipulate the spine. IDD Therapy on the Accu-SPINA® System was developed by neurosurgeons who recognize even serious back pain can often be resolved without surgery. IDD Therapy is an advanced form of spinal decompression treatment that allows the body to heal many back and neck problems without injections or invasive surgery.
In an IDD Therapy treatment session, the Accu-SPINA system applies targeted decompressive forces at a precise, and mathematically calibrated angle, based on your body type and diagnosis to create rehabilitative spinal mobilization.
The pressure rate gently fluctuates in a wave pattern, like a pumping movement, between the vertebrae; gently repositioning the dysfunctional spine segments by lowering intra discal pressure significantly below zero millimeters of mercury. These negative pressures inside the disc can work like a vacuum to help pull the leaking material back towards the center of the disc as dynamic energy at treatment site increases. The space around the injured disc and surrounding muscle elongation begins. Sensitivity of neuro fibers are lessened.
Segment specific IDD therapy treatment on the Accu-SPINA works to relieve pressure on the injured disc and free up the effective nerve root non-surgically. During the height of your IDD therapy treatment, a second wave form is introduced to the spine – oscillation, unique to IDD therapy treatment. The Accu-SPINA system also produces oscillatory signaling. These micro vibrations seek to alter the neuro pathway communication.
Also known as propriocepter signaling to enhance tissue regeneration at a cellular level and further improve nutrient diffusion, essential to repair. Treatment sessions are so comfortable many patients fall asleep.
Research studies funded by the National Institutes of Health conducted at the Mayo Clinic as well as others performed by medical doctors associated with Emory, Harvard, and other leading health institutions, confirm dramatic reduction in pain and disability can be achieved nonsurgically with IDD therapy treatment on the Accu-SPINA system. Pre and post MRIs also confirm how IDD therapy treatment can help a disc bulge shrink. Disc rehydration is also evidenced on MRIs showing measurably increased disc height and fluid retention after a full treatment course. In one independent neurosurgical study conducted on over 500 people referred to have surgery, 92% achieved relief with IDD therapy treatment instead of surgery.
Boasting the only 20 year excellence in safety record, the Accu-SPINA is the only spinal therapy and decompression system to win patent after patent for exceptional treatment capability. Only IDD therapy treatment has shown in multiple peer review studies to be, not only highly effective, but also long lasting with most patients reporting they continue to experience improvements one full year after completing treatment. No other spinal decompression can claim this success because no other decompression system has our patented oscillating long algorhythmic curve.
Now you can restore the performance of a younger, healthier spine without the high risk and expense of surgery. Ask your doctor if you’re a good candidate for IDD therapy treatment on theAccu-SPINA system – One of the most studied and safest spinal treatment system for nonsurgical disc pain relief. Health Journal TV looks at IDD Therapy as an alternative treatment for back and spine issues. This informative video is from an episode in which doctors and patients talk about their experiences with IDD Therapy® treatment.

Both a doctor and a patient discuss their experiences with IDD Therapy. IDD therapy is an ideal alternative to back pain surgery and epidural steroids.
I’ve been in medical back disease treatment for approximatly 40 years. I’ve had many patients and have used many techniques of treatment. We used high dose steroids, pulse type therapy, initially we used physical therapy in conjunction with that, and then we went to epidural steroids for the lumbar and cervical area Not until I got IDD Therapy did I really find something I felt was safe, worked well, and gave me the results that I really needed. The Accu-SPINA is a physiotherapy spinal care device.
For many patients IDD therapy has seen great success. IDD therapy is the perfect prescription for pain relief MRIs help physicians determine which disc needs to be targeted for manipulation. This makes IDD Therapy very individualized and increases the success rate of IDD Therapy treatments with an 86 percent success rate. (Patient speaking) Severe pain disc degeneration syndrome, muscles would basically just go into spasms and it was extremely painful trying to stand up straight. I couldn’t stand up straight. Some of the things – driving, getting out of a car, was very painful. Patients having IDD Therapy or intervertebral differential dynamics receive treatments on the Accu SPINA, a physiotherapy spinal care device worked for Fred and many other patients. IDD Therapy has seen great success with more than 300 treatment systems nationwide. Private practice and university studies are significantly corroborating the outstanding results people like fred have already been reporting – evidence that for many back pain patients differential dynamics rehabilitation or IDD Therapyy is the perfect prescription for pain relief.

Ken5 News segment explaining IDD Therapy and how it is helping patients.
Patients who have exhausted all of those exercises and the heat and the cold packs and those who don’t want to rely on medications now have a new option it’s a therapy called IDD Therapy – which stands for intervertebral disc decompression.
Back pain is so common up to 80% of adults will experience this nagging problem at some point in their lives. Now patients at this clinic are trying out a new FDA approved device called Accu-Spina. Patients are put in a harness and hooked up to a machine that delivers negative pressure to relieve painful disc problems in the back or neck Dr. Bill Tarver is a preventive medicine specialist who oversees the patient’s 20-30 minute sessions over four weeks. He says most see improvement within the first few days. “This machine is beyond physical therapy. No medicine involved, no drugs, and it’s purely mechanical.
During IDD therapy treatment on the Spina machine the targeted damage disc slowly reopens allowing oxygen proteins and other fluids to enter the disc. This causes the discs to rehydrate. This rehydration causes the discs to re-inflate thus easing the spinal impingement and relieving the patient’s pain. Patients are made comfortable by constant heat and massage built into the table. Relaxing music is piped into headphones, despite the tension on their backs many patients actually sleep during their session. “I mean you definitely can feel a tug on it but it doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all.” The machine is designed to help problems from sciatica to degenerative disk disease and Dr. Tarver says other doctors who’ve used it have found great success.

Video Location: Conditions – Herniated or Bulging Discs
Video using 3D animation to demonstrate how IDD Therapy works to decompress the spine to resolve bulging, herniated or degenerated discs.

The lumbar spine is actually composed of a column of bones called vertebrae which create a bony canal surrounding and protecting your spinal cord. Small nerves called nerve roots exit the spinal canal through spaces between the vertebrae, called foramen.
Between the vertebrae are discs which act as shock absorbers. With bending and lifting activities, the disc will degenerate, bulge, or herniate, which compresses nerve roots leading to low back pain and sciatica. IDD Therapy helps to restore the anatomy of the disc leading to decompression of the injured nerve roots
During IDD decompression therapy the intradiscal pressure is decreased leading to infusion of water oxygen and nutrients into the injured disc. As the pressure in the disc drops, the bulging material in the disc retracts resulting in decompression of the nerve root – leading to the end of backache.
